SMS Terms & Opt-In

Improved Peptides (Improved Company LLC) sends two separately consented categories of text messages. Consent for each category is collected separately at checkout on improvedusa.com (formerly improvedpeptides.com), as shown below.

Order related (transactional) messages

A disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number field on the checkout page. Providing a phone number where this disclosure is shown constitutes consent to order related messages only. The exact disclosure language:

By providing your phone number you agree to receive order related text messages from Improved Peptides (order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, payment reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Marketing messages

Marketing messages are sent only to customers who also check a separate, dedicated marketing consent checkbox at checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to complete a purchase. The exact consent language:

Text me exclusive offers, restock alerts, and new product announcements. By checking this box I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Improved Peptides at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent, applies only to Improved Peptides, and is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, HELP for assistance.
